Breakfasts and Yoga

‘The most Important Meal of the Day’ and a great chance to catch up informally with what’s going on in eachother’s worlds. As part of our ‘support’ ethos we realise that some of our best exchanges are over a cup of tea or sharing food. We have an hour long breakfast every fortnight and are piloting ‘live art counseling’ once a month where we bring any niggling problems to the table. Another strand to taking care of each other are our new yoga sessions,led by group members to bring a little slice of calm to our working week.
